I originally saw these knives advertised on social media, so was somewhat leery about ordering, but they looked so cool, and I knew they'd make great holiday gifts for our sons, so decided to try. Initial communication by the company was great, so then I went back to the web site and ordered sheaths for the knives already purchased, and got very little communication, so I reached out to customer service for more information on when my orders might arrive. Mary, at customer service assured me the products were on the way, gave me a tracking link for the knives already on the way, and promised to keep me updated on the sheaths. True to her word a few days later she sent me another email updating me on the shipping of the sheaths. I've now received all the items I ordered, and the quality of everything is top notch. The knives are beautiful and substantial, the sheaths are good quality leather, and I am so pleased with my purchases and the excellent customer service I was given.

The best knife I’ve ever purchased (Loki) just wish I’d bought one sooner! I bought it for trimming meat on the BBQ and have ended up using it for everything! Will definitely be buying more knives from Northern Knife.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & SHIPPING BUYER BEWARE. I purchased the BUY 2, Get 2 Free deal specially for the Feather knives. Those were the reason I placed the order. I received the two "free" knives, but still do not have the two knives I actually paid for. The shipping experience has been a complete mess. There is no reliable tracking information, and every time I reach out, I get another generic response about their "tracking system" having issues. The worst part? I was told I would be kept updated. I wasn't. I have repeatedly contacted them just to get information, only to receive nothing. And here's the kicker, these were purchased as a birthday gift. The birthday has already come and gone. shipping delays happen. Technology problems happen. What shouldn't happen is leaving a paying customer completely in the dark and then expecting them to keep patiently waiting while providing nothing but canned responses. I don't expect miracles. I expect the products I paid for, legitimate tracking information, and basic customer service. Still waiting on the knives I actually ordered. Based on this experience, I would think twice before ordering from this company.

I have had the worst customer service. I ordered knives a month ago. Needed for a special event. Still no knives. Trying to get a refund and no response to emails or phone aclls.

I recently bought the buy 2 get 2, and also the mystery knife and magnetic knife block. Everything arrived at the estimated time and they are absolutely stunning. Excellent knives, highly recommend.

SHOCKING COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. Shipping extremely delayed and no accurate shipping tracking available. It’s been 3 weeks now and I still have no ETA of where my parcel is, no help available to locate the items after spending $500 on knives. I would not recommend this company based on my experience of poor customer service and inaccurate information provided online about their goods and services. I am now wondering if the knives are even good quality as I won’t be opening the boxes to check as I will be sending them straight back for a refund.
