Total scam. Their shoe sizes do not fit even if you measure feet like they ask. Poorly made. Return process requires you to ship at your expense to China. Not worth it. Shoes cost around $50! Please beware. I wish I had read these review before ordering.

The shoes that I bought dig into my heel. It will cost $75 to return or exchange the shoes… more than the price of the shoe! Don’t buy from them!

It's a scam, do not shop here. Terrible sizing and quality. They will not do returns and zero customer service.

I wish I had read the reviews. I was sent two pairs and I only ordered one. They are much too big and I am a very standard US size 7 and yes agree very cheaply made, and have no instructions on where or how to return them. I have contacted them through the web site and there only answer comes after 2 days and I am suppose to ship them to China. Again no return form Not be even an address if I did want to pack them up and pay to ship them to China.

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing these “orthopedic” shoes. They are cute, I’ll give them that. But they are cheaply made, using cheap materials definitely NOT ergonomic nor orthopedic and when I searched on how to return them, no luck. I finally contacted “customer service”, to which the answer was, “First, ship them back to Chinese Warehouse…..” blah blah blah. Do you know how expensive it is to ship shoes to China?!?! They were supposedly designed and handmade in Italy? I’ll give them to someone with no need for a well constructed footbed. Buyers beware!!!

I would give this company zero stars if I could. This has been, without question, the worst shopping experience I've had in 66 years. I ordered a pair of shoes January 2, 2025 using a promo code, and despite receiving a delivery confirmation, the product never arrived. Like many others have reported, there is no phone number to call—only email, and responses were painfully slow. Eventually, they agreed to send a replacement pair. That replacement took ages to arrive, and by the time I finally received the shoes, I had already left for Florida and wouldn’t be returning until spring. When I came home for a short visit, I found the package. Upon opening it, I was immediately overwhelmed by a horrendous, toxic petroleum smell. The shoes were unwearable—I had to leave them in the garage. When I contacted the company, I was told I needed to send photos and a video—even after explaining that the issue was the overwhelming odor. One rep had previously told me I could return them due to the delay in delivery. But now, conveniently, it was beyond their 30-day return window. Despite their earlier email stating they cared about my satisfaction and would help with a return, I never heard back again. I contacted American Express to file a claim, but since it was beyond the 60-day window, it was complicated. AMEX tried to help, but the company claimed the item was “non-returnable” because it was on sale. It wasn’t—it was a promo code. Still, Northend repeated the lie, and I was left stuck with a pair of shoes I paid good money for and cannot use. This company is deliberately unethical. They drag out responses, bury customers in bureaucracy, and manipulate timelines so that you're beyond your credit card’s protection period. Their products are defective, their customer service is evasive, and their policies are misleading. Avoid this company at all costs. They should be out of business. The process began January 2, 2025 and they stopped corresponding with me March 27, 2025

Company did not send correct shoe size that I ordered. I can barely fit my feet into them. Had to contact via email and vacation was 7 days ago without any response. There is no return label, instructions or even packing ship to initiate return. I actually received 1 email asking to stop emailing them with questions.
