NORTH CAR RENTAL a retenu la caution de la location de voiture pendant 5 mois!!! Je précise que la voiture a été retournée sans dégâts. Impossible de les contacter par téléphone!!! Impossible de trouver leur siège!!! De plus j'avais réservé sous DISCOVER CARS qui se sont complètement déchargés de l'affaire!!! Irresponsabilité totale des 2 compagnies!!!

Très déçu de l’expérience. L’agent est très violent, il me menace de casser ma carte bleue et d’annuler ma réservation J’étais obligé d’appeler les gendarmerie de l’aéroport pour récupérer mes papiers J’ai contacté toutes les numéros indiquer sur le contrat, ils m’accrochant au nez c’est une bande organisée entre l’agent sur place et les autres au téléphone Attention, attention attention de s’approcher de cette agence.

Un servicio muy deficiente, te proporcionan un vehículo con fallos técnicos para cobrarte costos adicionales al momento de devolver el alquiler...... muy mala experiencia.

Trust the bad reviews you read on here. Booked a vehicle with North car rental via discovery cars for 3 days while we was in Canada. We set our pick up point for Toronto Pearson airport as we were flying home from this airport so we could drop the rental back at the airport and then finish our holiday at the correct location for catching our flight. So let's see how things went. Basically they didn't go anywhere. So we prepaid for our rental prior to picking up roughly 8 weeks beforehand so not like it was last minute. Our pick up time was 5pm. We arrived at the pick up location as set our by the email instructions at around 4.15pm. We then rang our shuttle service number to arrange our shuttle to collect the car. In fact we rang that number quiet a few times and guess who answered...... Yep that's right no one. We did however get an automated message to leave a message for an agent to call us back so we tried that.... But alas the voicemail box was full and not accepting anymore messages. So what do you do at this point. We waited a bit longer thinking maybe the shuttle will just turn up, 5pm came and went, we tried ringing again and well nothing came of it, searched through the pick up instructions for other numbers, found some other phone numbers and rang them but they didn't even work anymore. Needless to say after being in Canada already for 15 days and this was our last 3 days left and we had spent the last few hours getting ourselves to the airport to pick this rental up we gave up and booked an Uber to the nearest ENTERPRISE. We made it there with around 20 minutes until they closed and guess what they had. They had the same rental car we requested for a cheaper price and they even had it there right in front of us. Needless to say don't bother with these idiots or discovery cars to book them. TRUST THE REVIEWS Currently trying to get a refund but from the reviews I've read now I'm not holding out much hope of ever seeing that again Complete theiving cowboys

Renting the car easy but I got $115 taken from my account and few weeks later saying it was a parking infringement. After lots of emails and calls they came back to say it was an accident and I would be refunded in a few days. 2 months later I'm still trying to get the refund.

This People are Scammers they have no Office they don’t speak English and don’t provide the service together with VIPcars.com

A fuir absolument Expérience désastreuse avec un partenaire de CARJET, CERIZA CAR ET NORTH RENT À CAR à Fès J’ai loué un véhicule 3 jours via Carjet à l’aéroport de Fès Saiss et ai vécu une expérience de brigandage et de malhonnêté à l’extrême. À la restitution du véhicule, l’agent de l’agence a inspecté la voiture, constaté que tout était en ordre, et m’a confirmé qu’il n’y avait rien à signaler. J’ai même laissé 100 Dhs pour un nettoyage en guise de courtoisie, bien que cela n’ait pas été nécessaire. Quelques jours plus tard, je découvre un prélèvement injustifié d’environ 7000 Dhs sur mon compte. Après plusieurs réclamations et tentatives de contact, on m’a finalement dit que la voiture présentait trois rayures de 3 cm, sans aucune preuve à l’appui : pas de dossier, pas de photos, pas de rapport de restitution signé mentionnant des dommages. Je tiens à alerter tous les futurs clients : ces pratiques sont frauduleuses. Carjet semble travailler avec des partenaires locaux peu scrupuleux, et une fois le véhicule rendu, le service client devient fantomatique. On m’a même conseillé de me tourner vers l’assurance de ma carte bancaire, ce qui montre bien le manque de responsabilité de leur part. A Fes , soyez extrêmement vigilants si vous louez une voiture. Ne soyez pas séduit par des tarifs racoleurs, il vous en coutera plus au final. Mieux vaut choisir une agence sérieuse, locale et bien notée, plutôt que de faire confiance à des loueurs comme la société CERIZA CAR ET NORTH RENT À CAR et evidemment CARJET qui ne se désengagent pas face à ce genre de pratiques.
