Je pense que Jet car n'est pas au courant de cette organisation pitoyable et décevante !!! Pas de bureau à l'aéroport! Après plusieurs appels! enfin trouvé un gardien qui ma gentiment expliqué ou la personne se trouvait. La personne dans le bureau est très prétentieuse hautaine, elle vous voit comme un objet ! aucune gentillesse aucun sourire! Arrivé avec 10min de retard le tarif à triplé je viens très souvent au Maroc mais cette expérience avec North car ou jet car terminé plus jamais!! Un conseil pour vous ! ne louer jamais chez eux ce sont des voleurs! Il m'ont laissé repartir à pieds !! sympathique la courtoisie! car je n'étais pas d'accord avec le tarif donné sur les lieux! Mauvaise expérience!

They used to be on that site but it’s been replaced by jet car rentals who still take North car rental bookings without telling you who you’re really walking with. We booked a 7 seater SUV and jet car rentals DON’T EVEN DO 7 SEATER SUV s. So dishonest, so shady. They don’t deserve to be in business.

Ils ont imité ma signature sur le document de retour et de ce fait il ont rajouté des dégâts inexistants au jour du retour du véhicule ! Anas est un grand voleur ! Ils m’ont débité 669€ à mon insu sur ma carte visa . C est vraiment honteux !

I rented a car through their website and called 4 days before my pickup date to confirm the reservation. The person I spoke with said they couldn’t find my booking and didn’t even have the car I reserved. He told me to cancel to get a refund. I followed his instruction and canceled — but it’s been over a month and I still haven’t received my money back. Every time I follow up, they just say it’s “under review.” They also ignore my WhatsApp messages and emails. This experience feels like a scam, and I won’t give up until this is resolved. Be very careful before booking with them.

Fake booking at Izmir airport. I made the booking 22-04-2025, paid a part and received the booking contract. I have asked several for the confirmation. Discovercars: 01-06-2025 Yes, the booking is confirmed with us and the supplier for a pick-up at 23:30. Your company had all the chances to say the booking wasn't correct, instead telling me it was indeed confirmed. There was 2 months time between booking and reservation. Turned up to collect the car which was a $35 hire and while ultimately I didn't notice in the small print on page 3 of the hirege documents, the requirement to pay a $2500 bond was completely ridiculous. I decided to cancel to hire as I also didn't trust to give them that much money as I didn't think I would get it back in a timely manner. Next hire car place $250 bond

Crooks never rent from them. They don't even own the cars which they do not pay them service is awful and they are thieves Ashish Philip is a Crook never partner with him he will take the money and never provide a service.
