We have North American Bancard 15 months now . The difference from our previous processor is daylight to dark . Excellent customer service , knowledgable people . I read some of NAB complaints on a couple of review/rating sites before contacting them ,and a lot of the complaints are petty .

My credit card machine was not working one day. We thought it was the connection to the ethernet but then I called and found out it needed a big update. It took about 45 min to get the machine updated and I would have appreciated an email or something stating that this needed to be done. The girl was super nice and patient with me while entering all the codes and numbers.

Your services is horrible you close accounts without an explanation you have too many names for agencies that you are partnering with you and expect for us consumers or merchants to understand that all these different emails are coming from the one company.
