My inducer motor went out on my furnace and I needed a new one right away (January in Ohio). I paid $88 to have it shipped in one days time. Come to find out they shipped it "Ground advantage" (5 days to receive) I left a message about THIER mix up, and they should have sent another right away, but all they did is give me a partial refund for the shipping. Unbelievable that they would not do the right thing to correct their mistake. Bottom line, they do no care about the customer! Their attitude was condescending towards me the whole time in dealing with them. Do not buy from them!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Order was delayed Order was shipped in a very cheap packaging box and not secure inside Order was damaged due to poor packaging pictures sent of damage and no reply communication is via text only, so I do have proof DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Sent me a part that didn’t fit. Cost over $400 and they only refunded half the amount.

We purchased a furnace control board from this company on Amazon. We opened it and noticed it was not the correct part. After we returned it, we learned that there is a 50% restocking fee. We did not take pictures, so we have no proof to show the condition of the part when we received it. In addition, we had to dig for the return policy on the web. ClimaTek the seller on Amazon had no link to a return policy. We had to search North America HVAC. I wish we would’ve checked reviews online before purchasing from them.

THIEVES! I called and asked them what part I needed and they sent it to me. It didn't work so I returned it. Their website says nothing about a 50% restocking fee if you have installed the part. How am I supposed to know it doesn't work if I don't install it?! Then they say they can't resell the part after I returned it to them. So now they have the part and hundreds of my dollars for NOTHING! I can see why this company doesn't have a BBB rating LOL. They are NOT HONEST.

Ordered a HVAC part after verifying the correct part number and that they had the unit in-stock. Received the part from a different manufacturer (appeared to be a cheaper brand) with the wrong part number. In addition, the part that was sent cost way less than the unit I ordered and paid for. No reaching out from the company as to why a different part was being sent or that I would receive a credit for the difference in cost. No phone number to reach them. Learned my lesson.

I received the replacement motor and plugged it in and did not work, I called the tech line and they trouble shooted with me and motor is broken. Contacted North America and they are saying only 50% back as it was installed. DO NOT buy from company, once they get you $ you will never get any refunds. Total SCAM, no live customer service, everything done by email.
