Top quality wool and beautiful modern designs. Great service and quick delivery with great updates on times. So pleased with the rug I bought about 2 months ago… I just ordered another!. Staff very helpful too with great communication. Definitely recommend!

I requested a couple of samples to see if the colours were suitable for my room. The website is very user-friendly, and it was a simple process. When the samples arrived, beautifully packed, the colours were not quite right for my room, and I did not buy a rug on that occasion. I should like to thank Leonora for her superb customer service - prompt, efficient and polite.

The products are amazing and the customer care even better. I had some problem during the checkout and they really helped me throughtout the whole process and in the most efficient and kind way.

Unique high-quality carpets made of exclusive materials and precious hand work. I ordered a carpet and discovered a very small dirt on it which probably as more or less normal appearance as carpet was made of natural materials. I made a complaint and immediately get support from Nordic Knots resulting in delivery of new carpet without any extra fees. THANK you, Leonora and Nordic Knots team.

I think the Quality of the rug is brilliant 5/5. the wool is lovely to walk on, feels really sturdy. The Design is a 5/5. Really pleased with the overall look, I just love walking into the room and looking at it. As described: 4/5 the colour of the rug is accurate, however in the photographs online is a shade lighter. The delivery took 12 weeks, which was a bit of a disappointment, but the customer service team was great. They dealt with my emails same day dealing with VAT and Tax partial refunds very quickly. 4/5. I'm overall leaving to a 5/5, although the colour is off, I actually like it in the room, and we've just got a dog and having the darker shade might be a bit more forgiving.

Very happy with my rug and customer service! I ordered the grand white rug in 200x300 when four days later I saw that 1 rug in size in 245x305 came back in stock so I immediately contacted customer service if it was possible to exchange the rug. They reserved the rug for me and now 1 week later I have it in my home and it is gorgeous. The quality is amazing and the sizing is correct! I will definitely recommend this company if you are searching for a beautiful quality rug!
