I am trying to return a 200 cm £700 rug…
I am trying to return a 200 cm £700 rug and am unable to do so as I’m being told to reuse the original packaging (which is completely unrealistic, as it isn’t designed to be reused and included multiple layers of tight industrial packaging with cable ties). Nordic Knots won’t provide suitable packaging for me to return the item nor will they arrange for an appropriate courier to collect the product in the absence of suitable packaging.

Shipping was delayed meaning we had to pay our builder to come back to install the curtain rod.

your return policy should be more customer friendly considering your prices. also i tried to unsubscribe from email notifications and the site i’m forwarded to is not responsive

Jag var besviken över två saker och kontaktade er. Den ena frågan negligerades helt av er kontaktperson och den andra hade vi mycket mailande om men jag tycker inte att jag nådde fram. Och vardör skedde all kontakt på engelska?

Plus de 11 semaines d’attente
Délai de livraison estimé sur 8 semaines. Cela fait 11 semaines que j’attends que le tapis soit expédié (depuis le 29 mars 2025). Suite à mes nombreux messages ils ont créé l’étiquette aujourd’hui (ça prend 5mn à faire). Manque plus qu’à attendre 11 semaines supplémentaires pour qu’ils expédient enfin ce tapis 🤡

Beaucoup de retard, aucune information fournie si je n avais pas demandé, service commercial mediocre, pour a la fin recevoir un tapis commandé sur mesure dans la mauvaise couleur.

Never revived item
Never revived item. Once I did get a replacement. I could not get ahold of anyone to get information on box to ship rug back in until after the return window
