The samples came quickly. The carpet is so plush and high quality. I can sink my fingers in. We bought a large size and it rolled out nicely with no wrinkles or ridges. The color, brick red, is a beautiful rich color.

Fantastic rugs, I was just sad because you didn't respond to the quote request I asked for on their website.

Hi Paulo! I'm so sorry to hear this--there was a temporary issue where our email form was down so perhaps it was during this time. I already emailed you now to ensure we've circled back on all your requests :)

The design is modern yet timeless. Delivery was quick and well-packaged, ensuring the rug arrived in pristine condition.

Really great quality. I have other more expensive brands in the house, but have switched to Nordic Knots as the quality is the same, for a much lower price. Really great value and beautiful texture.
