Lieferung ging schnell, die Qualität des Teppichs ist gut. Allerdings entspricht die Farbe absolut nicht den online Abbildungen. Zudem sollte man bei einem derart hohen Preis (3000€)einen besseren Service und Versand erwarten können …der massive Teppich wurde nicht bis zur Whg. geliefert. Insgesamt ist der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt.

Most horrible experience. Spent hours taking furniture out of my room. Sent the wrong size rug pad, had to cut it. Only to roll out the rug and discover dirt, stains, pulls, a NAIL and SPIDERS in the rug!!!! Do not order from them!

I’ve bought so many things from here and butter beware on their curtains. I’ve followed the instructions on how to take care of them and took them to the best dry cleaner in NYC, and guess what, they SHRUNK. They haven’t responded my email at all, and doubt they will based on my past interactions with this brand.

Horrendous customer service. Placed an order with three rugs during the sale. Then the day after i asked to cancel one of the rugs before it gets shipped. The customer service agent then cancelled the full order and told me to re-order at the full price. Incredible!

It will take forever to receive your order. The freight consolidator that Nordic Knots uses to ship the mdse. to the consumer cannot tell you when it will come because they wait till they have a full container load to truck it out. 8/20/2025 Got an email from Nordic Knots today apologizing, but still no information on when I will receive the rug which was paid in full on August 4. So NO rug and still NO delivery info.
