I recently had a very positive experience with my purchase. The materials were exactly as advertised—of excellent quality and beautifully crafted. Although I encountered an issue with the delivery company and some items did not arrive as expected, the company responded to all of my emails promptly. They went above and beyond by sending replacements without delay.

I initially wrote a scathing review for Nordic Knots - which was a complete mistake. The runner I received is absolutely beautiful (probably one of the best quality all-natural rugs I have ever purchased, with regards to overall construction and aesthetics). It just so happens it arrived slightly damaged, in a manner that I could've easily lived with had I been confident that it wouldn't fray or unravel over time. I had been dealing with another rug company (and an unprecedented number of defective items showing up to my house this month) so was already on edge in trying to coordinate all of the returns. I mistakenly believed the unhelpful and aggressive e-mails I had received from another company was in fact from Nordic Knots, so I really let them have it. I was incredibly rude and even then their customer service representatives were nice, and not just nice with canned responses but they actually reached out with a genuine desire to help rectify the situation and expressed concern over my upset. That's so rare these days. I look forward to purchasing larger pieces from this company now that I know I can trust them and that their products are gorgeous. With other companies, I am dealing with employees who I feel are actively trying NOT to help when problems arise. With Nordic Knots, I was speaking to a real human being who genuinely seemed invested in customers being happy. I highly recommend them.
