We wanted a blue rug. It turned out to be gray.
We have two other Nordic Knot rugs we're very happy with, and which looked exactly like they did on their website. But the rug we recently bought--Båstad, blue, 9’x12’ was a disappointment. The actual rug is gray and looks nothing like the rug pictured in the catalogue, which appears quite a bit more blue than it is in real life. (And no, I'm not color blind--I deal with color all the time for my job--and our computer is properly calibrated.) We kept it only because it's too much of a hassle to send back a 9x12 rug, and because they have disclaimer in their website taking no responsibility for color differences. You should send for a color sample before you buy.

La calidad de las alfombras es insuficiente…
La calidad de las alfombras es bastante floja, enseguida salen pelotillas, se suelta el pelo y se ve una alfombra más barata de lo que su precio indica. No volvería a comprar alfombras aquí porque además no te la suben a casa y tampoco lo dejan claro cuando haces tu compra por primera vez. En mi caso no repetiría.

Like it, but not as nice as the sample
Ordering was easy, and the rug arrived on time. Being able to order samples was very helpful. But, the rug I ultimately received was not quite as plush as the sample, nor did the pinks in the ribbon pattern match the sample. Close, but I preferred the sample colors. My first impression was disappointment. If the color and thickness had matched the sample I’d be much happier. I decided to wait a few days, get used to the rug in my space. I decided not to return it because I had been looking so long, I didn’t want to start the whole process of choosing a new rug all over. The rug still checked the boxes I wanted, and is doing the job.

It sheds a lot
It sheds a lot. A lot. Also thought it was annoying to pay a restocking fee when I did an exchange for a more expensive rug. But overall I like it and am happy. Idk if it’s worth the cost. Or if it’s an IG fad.

curtains beautiful, delivery slow

SHEDS NONSTOP!!!
Recently ordered the Boho 8' x 11' wool rug which arrived in August 2023. It is not Sept 2023 and it is CONSTANTLY SHEDDING! It has clogged my vacuum cleaner canister over 12 times! My house constantly looks dusty now. I have contacted the company in hopes that they will allow a refund. ADDENDUM: Company reached out, will see if shedding subsides over the next few months. They did offer alternate solutions if it does not improve

Love the rug and its a decent price…
Love the rug and its a decent price point but after two years I've noticed it's not holding up as much as my other (more traditional, more expensive) rugs. Every few inches a spot on the rug is shedding and looks worn out. Socks and clothing items get stuck to it very easily so I have to vacuum it fairly regularly.
