Nordic KnotsReviews of nordicknots.com

UPDATE: Upon leaving my original review (below) Nordic Knots reached out to rectify the issue, which was unexpected and very appreciated. Even in getting a product that did not initially meet my expectations, is great knowing the team at Nordic Knots does stand by their product and will work address issues customers have, which is a big positive. Original review: Gorgeous highly saturated rug. Unfortunately it sheds a lot and for the price I expected better quality on that front.

Update; The company has contacted me after leaving this review. They offered to exchange or discount the rug. I have updated my review from 3 to 4 stars. The rug is beautiful but the quality is not as expected. The edge of my rug started to fray after one week. I followed the vacuum instructions and still had the issue. I’ve reached out to the support email with no response. It’s very disappointing as I waited a while to get this rug due to the cost and expected better quality and customer service.

I'm satisfied with the quality of the rug and the delivery. I'm a little disappointed that the color of my rug is more green than gold, despite its name, "Leo." I even turned up the corner because I thought they'd shipped the wrong rug. Perhaps a more descriptive name would help. "Leo" strongly implies lion-colored. My rug is closer to olive. It's a lovely rug - no regrets. But next time I'll order a swatch.

Rug was defective but they made it right.

I initially had a disappointing experience with Nordic Knots after a scarf I had accidentally left in their London showroom was subsequently misplaced, despite having been told it would be kept for me. However, after I raised my concerns, the company responded very quickly and professionally. Their Head of Customer Satisfaction contacted me directly, investigated the issue, apologised, and offered a goodwill gesture in lieu of the lost scarf. I appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine effort made to resolve the situation.

The carpet is very beautiful. No smell of wool which is very good, but it has arrived with light stains.

Alles goed.
