We purchased 2 rugs during the Black Friday sale. The jute rug is good quality and the design is unique and interesting. The Grand rug (in Walnut) is really disappointing, I wanted to love it so much. The color & material is great, but it's so impractical. It's one solid uniform color, so EVERYTHING shows. Tiny pieces of white thread or dust... The rug needs to be vacuumed daily (or more) if want it to look like the photos you see online. You realize that rugs are speckled with multiple shades of a given color for a reason. Now we're stuck repackaging and returning an 8x10 rug, not to mention the return fee. So TLDR: their designs & quality are very good, but the Grand rug is impractical for real life given the density and uniformity of the color.

Got it wrong from the start

unique rugs. The rug I purchased was not as plush as it seemed online, but it is still nice. The customer communication could have been better; it was challenging to discuss my order with a person, also trying to obtain status of when the rug would be delivered was also challenging.

I had been eyeing the Grand rug in brick for a few months and purchased it when it was on sale. Pros: it is very plush, it’s more carpet than rug, the color was accurate to the sample, it did not shed as much as I anticipated. Cons: the rug pad has to be the exact size as the rug or you will very clearly see the edges, every time I vacuum bits of yarn get pulled up and are very noticeable, a rug like this should hold up to vacuuming better since you can’t just hang it outside or shake it out, because it is so plush I don’t know how the edges will hold up long term. I live alone and have no children, I imagine with a family the wear would be even more drastic. Every crumb shows. I probably would have returned it but didn’t put it down right away because I was working on the room it’s in. TL;DR: It’s a lovely rug, very plush, maybe not for an everyday room. Would not purchase a solid rug again or one with such a high pile.

I ordered two curtain panels and a rug from Nordic Knots. Curtains (the shade, warm white): high quality, rod rings don’t fit in my existing rod. Seems like I’ll have to buy the rod + wall mounts from Nordic knots as well. Not the end of the world, but a bit annoying Rug (nomad - cream): came with dark spots - don’t know if it’s how the wool is supposed to look but I was quite disappointed. For that price tag I would have expected a higher quality (or at least a more uniform color). The patterns look nice. The wool shows early signs of shedding (not even a month in).

Ordered several rugs. One came stained. The others were fine but pilled and snagged so easily. I’ve only had them for a few weeks and they already look worn.

I checked your showroom in NYC but the sales people ignored me for the most of the time I was there. I went there twice and the same thing happened. I felt like your staff racially profiled me. I decided to buy my rug online and not through any of them so they don’t get a commission if they get one.

I would say that I love the rug because it is natural fibers. Some draw backs that we have found are that this rug looks dirty right away (not sure if it’s because of the color we got) and it does pill and pull easily. I would not recommend to anyone who actually plans on using the rug in a moderate traffic area.
