EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED SERVICE
I ordered two necklaces on 7th July 2026
I began chasing them after a week to find out where my order was. No response.
I must of written around 10 emails enquiring as to the status of my order. Not one reply from the company. I tried making contact with their customer service and Marium and Aisha too. But didn't get a reply from any of them. Its over three weeks now and still waiting. This is really disappointing!
We want to help our fellow Muslim businesses, but with this response, or lack of it, we need to think twice!
I am so angry at the lack of respect and response I have received, plus the money spent!
