I wouldn't recommend buying from this brand. I ordered two Arabic name necklaces for my mother and me so we could match for her birthday. Unfortunately, both names were spelled incorrectly, despite the website claiming that every name is checked by Arabic speakers before production. After I contacted customer service, they offered to send replacements, so I kept the original necklaces. However, while waiting, both necklaces quickly lost their colour just from being on display. When I raised this issue, I was simply told that if the replacements also lost their colour, they would replace those too. Am I expected to keep ordering replacements forever? This also makes me question their claim that the jewellery is made from 18-karat gold. On top of that, the necklaces look and feel very cheap. I still haven't received the replacements, and my mother's birthday has long passed, making the whole experience even more disappointing. One thing I found concerning is that the website has displayed an "Ends Today! Closing Down Sale" message ever since I purchased on 24 June. If it's been showing the same "ends today" sale for weeks, that doesn't inspire much confidence. Overall, the product quality, inaccurate engraving, and delays have made this a very frustrating experience. I wouldn't recommend this brand.

The website says they are based in London but the product is shipped from China & this is very misleading as would have never ordered it. They are also not closing down it's just a gimmick to make you buy
