This is a scam. DON’T buy
This is a scam. They claim they’re closing down and that the proceeds are going towards Palestine, but I don’t believe them. The accessories are cheap, made in China and shipped from there, and the sizes don’t match what’s advertised.
On top of that, they have the most stupid customer service I’ve ever encountered. I cancelled my order just a few hours after placing it because I realised it was a scam, and PayPal refunded me. Then, at 3 a.m., they told me the order had already been shipped. How? According to their stupid AI website, customisation takes four days, followed by another four days before shipping.
I emailed them again to cancel, yet a few days later, they sent another shipping confirmation. How dumb can you be? In total, I sent FOUR cancellation emails, and they still shipped and delivered their cheap “jewellery”. Then they refused a refund because it was supposedly a clearance sale.
Such liars. This shop needs to be shut down.
