I received my necklace today, and I have to say that it is beautiful! I really love how my husband’s name and my name have been written together on one necklace. The design is lovely, and I’m very happy with how it looks.
The reason I’m giving 3 stars is the delivery time. I placed my order on 3 October and didn’t receive it until 16 October, which is over two weeks. I feel that the delivery service needs improvement, especially when customers are waiting for their orders to arrive.
Regarding the tarnish free claim and being able to shower while wearing the necklace, I can’t comment on that just yet, as I’ve only received it today. I’ll need to wear it for a while to see how it holds up and whether it lives up to what was advertised.
Overall, I have no complaints about the necklace itself. It’s beautiful, and I’m happy with the design. My main advice would be to improve delivery times and ensure customers receive their orders within the expected timeframe. If the necklace proves to be as tarnish free and durable as promised, that would be an added bonus.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Please Be Careful! ⚠️
I would strongly advise everyone to think twice before trusting this scam website.
I received my parcel today, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality. The chain and pendant look like cheap, poorly made products, nothing like what was advertised. The packaging was also completely different from what was promised on their website.
When I requested a refund and tried contacting them by email, my message bounced back saying the email address could not be found. This has raised serious concerns about the legitimacy of this business.
What upsets me the most is that they appear to be using the name of Palestine and Islam to gain people’s trust. Using religious sentiments and a humanitarian cause to promote questionable products is deeply concerning.
I also question the authenticity of the positive reviews that encourage customers to trust this website.
I intend to report this website to the Australian authorities responsible for cybercrime and consumer protection.
Please be cautious before spending your hard-earned money. Faith, generosity and support for Palestine should never be exploited for financial gain.
I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision and hopefully avoid going through the same situation.
