My only negative is the lack of communication when it comes to shipping/delivery. The food works very well for our King Charles.

I purchased a 2 week trial which arrived on 5/20. I realized they didn't include the probiotics I paid for, so reached out that day. They shipped out the probiotics, but they didn't arrive until 5/28, so weren't super helpful in helping my dog transition to a new food. We started the new food on 5/21 and fed it for 2 weeks. That 2 weeks ends tomorrow (6/1). I noticed on 5/25 that the next order wasn't set to be delivered until 6/4. This is way after my dog's food would run out. I requested that they deliver by 6/1 and they adjusted the order. I checked tracking today, and although a label was created on 5/28, the package still hasn't shipped. Customer service is now saying it won't arrive until 6/2. I asked them to just cancel the order since I was going to have to find something to feed my dog in the interim so he doesn't go hungry. They canceled the subscription, but said it was too late to cancel the current order...which is funny since it hasn't shipped yet. On top of this issue, the bags don't weigh anywhere near the same. Chicken is supposed to have 250 grams and Turkey 225 grams. We noticed when feeding the turkey bags that some were way under and some way over. I reached out and they stated bags should be within 10 grams, but they are not. We noted variances of up to 30 grams between bags. Maybe not a big deal if this was a larger dog, but my dog is 15 lbs. A 30 gram underweight bag leaves him hungry and begging me for more food. Overall, I'm unimpressed with this company. It is an expensive service and I expected them to deliver at a higher standard.

i already wrote a review about this food and last time put 3/4 stars as this was my 1st time trying it and man oh man i was so wrong to put a low star like that because my senior dog, puppy and 1.5yr old dog absolutely love this food and i mean that they really do ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS FOOD i just give it to them with their dried food and next thing i know my senior dog is trying to finish their food because she wants more after she done swallowed the whole bowl!!!! lol my senior dog was the MOST ABSOLUTELY WORST PICKIEST EATER EVER IMAGINED!!!! she would eat food one day maybe a few days then she'd starve herself for long periods of days, to the point it drove me batsh*t nuts id have to add my food in it just for her to eat and even then she'd still barely eat it...but after getting nomnom, shes gained weight, her tumor hasn't grown back, and her ribs aren't showing like they used to...and yet shes still my picky @s$ eater because she wont touch her food w/o it mixed w/the nomnom in with it so yeah i wish i could put a video of her scarfing it down but unfortunately i cant but please take my word & my review its worth the 80 something dollars (after tax) in the stores for 3 packs of 25$ my senior dog has cancer and ever-since shes been eating this with her dry grain-free dog food shes been happier and healthier and so have i...alongside my other two that the second i pop it out and put it in the microwave to warm up to temp and have ready to serve, they are already all three inside their cages, waiting for breakfast and dinner to be delivered to them to scarf/swallow it down and beg for more...speaking of which i gotta go get more food anyways lol i'm already running out of their food and they are NOT going to be happy about this ahaha thank you so much nomnom for helping me not only feed my dog better quality food but maybe even prolonging my senior dog's life better to live with us even longer 5stars to nomnom...i am extremely satisfied overall with this product

My dogs enjoy the product. Too many potatos in some varieties. Biggest complaint is food arrives not fully frozen. Sometimes it is room temperature. Taking a big chance with bacteria. Dog's coats look great. Energy is good. No digestive upsets like we experienced with Farmer's Dog.

I buy the pork food. My dog eats it but leaves the potatoes and I noticed that they need more cooking as they are a little uncooked and hard.
