The first day we gave Cooper the NomNom food he ate it all. The second and third day he ate a little bit. He would not eat the beef at all. We alternate the NomNom with different foods and he still just does not like it. One complaint is that there is not consistency in the amount of meat in each package. The very first package we opened was full of large chunks of chicken. After that it was hit and miss. All I can smell is the sweet potato/vegetable smell, so I am sure that is why Cooper does not care for it. Honestly, we also subscribe to The Farmer's Dog and Badlands Ranch Food. Cooper seems to like that much better. He usually eats at least 1/2 of it when we feed him. We may end up cancelling our NomNom order. We are still waiting to see how he continues his eating habits.

My dog LOVES the food and it's so easy to serve. I heat it up in hot water after it's thawed and serve it to Chopper.

The first delivery was great. Also, I got locked out of the website and couldn't see any information about how to feed my dog. I kept telling the agents that the reset password link wasn't arriving, and they kept offering to send me a link that never arrived. I gave up. Later I ran out of food, and the next delivery came 2 weeks later. I had to put my dog back on kibbles. Also is way too much good at once. It's inconvenient to have all that food in the freezer taking space.

Everything arrives on date specified and is well packed and insulated. My black lab, Brady, loves the food and I can see the results of his new diet: he’s trimmed down, has more energy and a beautiful, black shiny coat!

Food is very fresh and smell even good! Packaging is well done and right on time deliveries. Our dog loves it and her level of energy and her coat have greatly improved. Very happy with Nom Nom.

HORRIBLE experience!! I was told prices would go up due to inflation so I spent hours on the phone trying to see if I could reduce my rates with zero help from the foreign call center ppl then look at my bill to find them charging me $100 more than my regular price! I only paid $140 a month to begin with and my dogs only 30lbs. When I call to ask them to make sense of an extra $100 a month, not a single person could explain why it was doubled. Straight robbery!!!!
