My senior shih tzu stopped having an appetite after being an incredible eater for 12 years. It became super worrisome and we tried so many foods but she wouldn't eat them. Since switching to Nom Nom she eats like she did when she was younger and has energy like a puppy! Nom Nom really gave her a second wind and has greatly improved my little ones life!

So far I am loving this process and my dog loves the food! I noticed a bad review about the inconsistent weight of food and I learned today that they provide transition meals. So the first batch will contain half portions (the pork) and full portions (the turkey). My only note with shipping is, that I made the mistake of feeding my dog half portions as the sticker for the transition meals was laying at the bottom of the box by the time I got to the food. Maybe mark the transition meals with a heavy-duty band or place the transition meals in a separate bag within the package.

There appears to be inconsistencies in the amount of food in each bag. The Turkey fills up his bowl but clearly the pork seems to be half the amount. What is the explanation for this? I look forward to hearing from you.

Terrible, unethical company. Was a customer for months, my cat loved their food. All of the sudden our food shipment doesn't arrive right as we are running out of food. I look into it and it's as if they never sold a cat product. No email, no alert, nothing, total rug pull. Now my cat is being swapped to a new diet without her having any time to adjust, and it's very hard to find her a food she likes. I wouldn't trust them with my pet again.

My dog loves Nom Nom. We do half kibble and half wet food from Nom Nom and it gets him to eat his entire meal. Customer service has been great, even reaching out proactively when one of the flavors was out to see which other flavor they should send. Yeah, it's a bit expensive, but I'm fine with it since my dog loves the food so much and I know it's healthy for him.

I was really hoping this would be a good food to feed. Unfortunately it is packed with a good amount of carbohydrates. They add different types of fillers like potato,sweet potatoes and others. That is fine except the amount was so great my dog gained 15 lbs in 3 months. When you register they ask about your dogs weight. They increased the number to 95 and sent food for that. They cut the quantity down but it was too much carbs for my liking.

Trying my best to locate emails that reminded me there would be a delivery in March. I can't find anything and the food was delivered when we were on vacation. I also can't find any notice emails for the month of February either.

Nom nom is a horrible company. Do not trust that they will deliver your dogs food on time. Don’t trust that they will ship everything you paid for. Count ever order you receive because they will cheat you out of meals
