The dogs like their dinner, I don't like the packaging. Because it's frozen, sometimes the seams break apart when trying to separate them and then when I try to heat them up in hot water I have leakage all over.

The food is great, my dog loves it. But I HATE the way you box the packages for delivery. The rubber bands that are tied around the packages are too tight and break the seal on the food. It is a terrible way to box the food for delivery. Why don’t you just put the packages in the box separately so the food isn’t compromised

I love the way the food is prepared. It looks good enough for me to eat. My Menzi loves it.

My Nom Nom trial order arrived immediately. My dog loved it and the small packaging was very convenient. My full order was shipped and didn’t arrive for 6 days. When I contacted customer support to check on my delivery, I was basically told to keep waiting even though I was completely out of food for my dog. Fed Ex is the worst shipping company out there and tracking was unreliable. When my shipment finally arrived it was completely defrosted. I had to demand a full refund, it was not offered. Nom Nom needs to improve its shipping processes and its customer support.

I've heard about how great this shop is and finally went in today. It's awesome! Everyone is so nice and helpful.

We will never go back to anything else! Last October we had to put down our rescue Yorkie. He was one of a kind and we were absolutely devastated. Wanting to give him the longest life we tried farmers market dog food and it gave him the worst case of pancreatitis. That trial cost me over $2000. They didn’t give a damn and it said a lot of tell me about the company. We adopted a new senior rescue Yorkie and wanted to give him the longest life possible. Buster is an ornery dog from a puppy mill. Which child many foods but he would just throw them up. Nom Nom to the rescue! I kept seeing Facebook advertisements and I finally caved in. I figured what did we have to lose. Buster is 8 pounds end it runs us around $125 a month which for people with large breeds, it would probably be significantly higher. But, for someone like me who has a chronic illness who can’t get out to the store and I’m too sick to make him his food this works out perfectly for me. When I was away my daughter had been over feeding him. So he ran out of his food early and when we use an alternative he got gravely ill. So, Nom Nom please don’t ever go out of business because I don’t know what we would do. I have a feeling a lot of the negative reviews are not actual reviews from customers. We’ve had nothing but a stellar experience with this company. I waited well over six months before making this review because I wanted to give an honest review.

Copper loved his Nom Nom meals and I appreciated the ease of ordering them. They have always arrived on time and frozen. After a couple months though, Copper grew tired of these expensive meals and he is now back to eating the same home cooked meals I prepare for the rest of the dogs. We find it much less expensive and easier to simply add an Instinct brand topper packet to Copper's meal when he needs an appetite stimulant.

Max loves it, and that all that I care about. Thank you for the wonderful food for my son.
