I have received multiple bags that are not sealed. Once I put them in the refrigerator to thaw they leak. Not only is that very messy. But it concerns in regards to freshness. Not sure of the exact dates because as soon as the arrive. I place them in the freezer. It's not until they thaw out that we notice

So I tried Non Nom and Farmers Dog. Farmers Dog by far gets 5 stars. The package is easy to store and to open. NomNom is terrible in this aspect. It is bulky, and does not open like they say. Its more expensive and it is exactly the same ingredients, they even have the same flyer describing what you are getting. The difference in food is Farmers fog is more finer and NomNom is cubed. Farmers is at least $50 cheaper.

My dog loved the food but month after, delivery issues and the day its supposed to arrive, I get email saying its delayed with instructions to go to pet store. What started as 285 a month ended up close to 400 a month on top of this all. I just cancelled and picked a different vendor who I used before. Avoid them.

I've tried several "real food" dog food types and Nom Nom blows them all away! First, the packaging allows you to dispense the food without getting your hands messy (unlike some other makers). The food actually LOOKS LIKE the food it is (unlike the mush that other makers send out), and Sophie downs the various flavors as soon as I place them in her dish - nothing picky here, just good, nutritious food for your pet!!

My now 11 year old beagle/coon hound mix was becoming more and more picky and has really liked this food and I have tried many before this. The only issue is storage space when a month supply comes at once and the packages are NOT easy to open. The cost is becoming a bit prohibitive.

My dog loves the food and I appreciate that it’s packaged in “per day” packs but the packaging is not the best. It doesn’t always open correctly, I’ve had several packs where they have been damaged by the rubber bands I don’t know until it’s defrosted and made a mess of my refrigerator. They really don’t need to be banded together; just put the packs in the box loose.
