The delivery is fabulous, always on time and packaged well and they alert you when they start to prep it so you can quickly make changes if need be…the food is amazing, smells great and looks good. My dog has been on it now for 8 months and now suddenly doesn’t want to eat it anymore. I can’t figure it out. :( *I* would eat this stuff, it looks and smells so good…but he doesn't want to touch it anymore. Making me nuts and I guess I’ll have to cancel.

I did like the easier to open and handle packaging, but the portions are inconsistent, especially when you get the half portions option. They seemed they skimp on it. Furthermore, we received some spoiled food (judged by the rancid smell after defrosting)

The food is great! The packaging is awful! The ads are great! But it is a total mess! Food comes bundled in thin plastic sealed bags then wrapped with big rubber bands. THEN frozen. Upon delivery the outer packages are frozen but the ones in the center are just cold (apparently never frozen thoroughly ). Nothing thaws from the inside out. The rubber bands tear through the plastic so thawing is a real mess. The labeling is so off that a 225 package weighs double of a 300. Hugh difference. There is zero consistency with the packaging but they say it is not changeable, and no manager to speak with. And don't blame FedEx because NomNom doesn’t package properly. At $1,000 per month for 4 medium dogs….I’m out of this unorganized company. XO

I had ordered the mini bags previously so thought would be same. Received the larger ones. Quality food is great, just didn’t know after making changes to mini bags last order, would stay consistent. How do I change next back to the mini half size portions?

My pups LOVE the food. My only issue is that some of the chicken packages are small — not enough for even one meal — while others are big enough for the whole day. That means I will be running out before my next delivery. Can they all be the same size portions please?

Oliver always loves his food. It’s delivered on time and he gobbles it up all the time at meal time.

My dog loves the food. She never leaves any of it in her bowl. She is healthy and has energy. The only complaint is that the second shipment came without the probiotic that came with the first shipment. Is it still part of the order?
