We're glad the portions were just right for your sweet Coco and that you were happy with our tear-and-pour meal packs, but we're very sorry to know your pup isn't enjoying the meals anymore! Your personal Account Manager would be happy to discuss this with you so we can ensure Coco is getting the nutrients needed.

Our number one priority is the health and happiness of our Nommers so thank you for your kind words and glowing recommendation! It's never easy to lose a four-legged loved one, but know you provided him with a wonderful life. It was an honor for us to be able to play a small role so we truly appreciate knowing how much he loved his NomNom. Thank you so much for sharing :)

That's great, we love to hear from our happy Nommers! And we wanted to make it as easy as possible to serve your fur babies their healthy meals so it's wonderful to know how convenient it is for you to just tear and pour our single-serving packs :)
