The only issue I have is with the packaging... The precut tear marks are above the seal line half the time causing you to have to use scissors. Other than this I am thrilled with the company!

My very particular and skinny standard poodle is eating regularly for the first time. (She is nine years old!). She loves her nomnom and I can’t thank you enough. It is so convenient and I don’t have to constantly throw her food away after it sits out for too long. Wonderful product and service!

I had tried dry food , wet food and everything in between but now that I have been giving them NomNomNow they never leave food in their dishes. No more coaxing and am I thankful. They are climbing my legs now while I am filling their dishes.

My dogs loved it immediately. We were able to add this to their diet with no stomach upset.. makes me feel good to be serving them something that is so much healthier, and looks so appealing!

The people at NomNomNow are interested in making this new food work well with your dog. All sorts of extra services are available such as emergency meals for situations that may come up. They have a nutritional certified veterinarian on staff and finally the horrors of kibble are coming forward and helping people to realize exactly what kibble is-a way to use waste products and turn them into profit! I dont think the health of our pets is a consideration except where legally required to do something. Its so unregulated too not by veterinarians or nutritionists but by department of agriculture! In any case the people at nom nom assign each client a case manager and they are very consientious in following up and ensuring everything is going smoothly. The only area where I believe they could improve is to be a bit more flexible as they offer so many choices but one has to get the entire delivery in one flavor. I think they really would benefit customers and in turn their own business by working a little flexibility into the way this is managed. Example one receives four weeks of food and they do provide samples with the first order. However, some pets are finicky especially the cats and small dogs as well, if you ordered a certain flavor and turns out your pet just wont eat it now that the four weeks worth have been delivered what can one do? I have dogs that for whatever reason demand variety and they loved the initial flavor sent but now in the last week all of a sudden he is tired of the same flavor and sometimes will not even touch it! Other times he will eat with gusto! He cant tell me what the problem is so it's up to me to figure it out and with no options to give another flavor for a couple days or even meals I have to resort to some food from the grocery store. I believe they are trying to change this one flavor per order policy and I certainly hope they do. My dog just will not eat one flavor only for a month. Other than these little issues the food quality is great and I am happy to know what my dogs are eating is actually real food not waste swept up from the floor and recycled and sold to the giant corporations for use as pet or feed grade ingredients. The case managers at Nom Nom do try to find possible solutions to any problem that comes up, It isn't always possible but they do try.
