My dogs are very picky, but they love this food. One of my dogs is also a chronic vomiter, so this food is easier for her to digest and she is able to keep it down better!

We are sold. It may be expensive, but our dog loves it and seems to have more energy, sleeps better and poop is more consistent. Wish we had started when she was younger. My wife really loves that she doesn’t have to cook for the dog any more.

The food is OK & definitely better than kibble, but negatives... 1) they don't want you to cancel or pause your subscription, so you do NOT get a reminder for charges / delivery. If you want to make a change, you need to keep track of when the order is going through (which in the case of the second month be aware is only 3 weeks out). If you get behind on using the meals, expect your freezer to fill w/ food, as if you try to cancel after the charge goes through, even before food is sent, they won't allow it as they've already prepared food "just for YOUR dog". 2) at $150 / month it's expensive for what you get. some simple food prep and you could make this for yourself for a fraction of the cost. 3) plastic ... too much non-recyclable packaging from the daily meals for me to feel good about throwing away. 4) be sure to check with your vet before switching to this.

We certainly want to ensure feeding fresh is as easy as possible so we include order deadlines and all the information about your deliveries directly in your NomNomNow account. As you noted, we do kindly ask our Nommers to make changes prior to the deadline as we purchase fresh ingredients for the individual pup to ensure your four-legged loved one is receiving the nutrition that's right for them. We hope to offer the value of delivering pre-portioned meals to your door and taking the guesswork out of creating a truly balanced meal. All our recipes have been formulated by our board-certified vet nutritionist, Dr. Justin Shmalberg, to ensure they are nutritionally balanced and correctly portioned—that way our Nommers never have to put in the extra time, effort, or research and can feel at ease knowing the meals have the nutrients their fur baby needs to be healthy and happy :) With regards to recycling—we recommend recycling your box and liner, meal packs can be rinsed out and recycled in most cities (but you'll need to check with your local center), and ice packs can be cut open, drained, and the shells recycled. We can also work with you reduce the amount of meal packs your receive if this is something you prefer. And yes, we always recommend our pet parents consult with their veterinarian to ensure we are the right choice for your pup as their health and happiness always comes first :) Thank you so much for all your feedback, we'll be sure to take your notes into consideration to ensure we are providing the best experience possible.

My two Maltese LOVE NomNomNow! I was very concerned that they wouldn't eat their dog food so I switched from dry Science Diet sensitive stomach to Science Diet prescription ID wet dog food. They seemed to like that a little better -- at least they would eat -- but I couldn't see them eating that for the rest of their lives. When I read about NomNomNow, I was impressed with the concept and decided to give it a try. I'm amazed at how much they enjoy their meals (they eat twice a day now instead of only once). Now eating seems to bring them joy. If they are healthier on this fresh diet, then the extra cost is is truly worth it. I'll save money on vet bills so it will work out in the end!!

My dog literally kicks his bowl clean. He also has a condition called SO I and they wanted to make sure they were doing right by him and had the Vet review his medical records. That is great customer service.

I love the convenience of this excellent service! I have a diabetic 13 year pug and the chicken chow wow is a perfect fit for his strict diet. NomNomNow is the BEST !!
