The health and happiness of your Nommers is our number one priority so it's great to know they're enjoying their fresh, healthy meals! We apologize for not having a delivery window to provide you. Unfortunately, it depends on the information provided by the delivery carriers. However, we do send an email when each order has shipped which includes a "Track your package" link—this can help you better estimate when your delivery will arrive. We have also extensively tested our packaging in desert-like conditions and gone through many successful summers so your pup's meals should always arrive fresh and cool to the touch :)We hope that information is helpful!
