I’ve been giving Harper nom nom for about a year now and she loves it! Her coat is so much softer and her skin isn’t as flaky and itchy. Also, I love that I can still feed her kibble and have this as a meal topper or just a special meal for her. Plus, nom nom has chicken jerky that is mad in the USA.

Our cat was having GI issues that wouldn’t resolve, no matter how many expensive canned foods we fed him. Our holistic vet recommended fresh, cooked food, specifically Nom Nom, and we were thrilled after a month (plus some pre- and probiotics) when his issues resolved! He seems to love the taste, and it’s so convenient to have it delivered each month. We’ve priced out other options, but this makes the most sense. So glad to have found NomNom!

My pet loves her NomNom diet and, especially during this crazy year, it's been such a relief to know the food will arrive on time and will always be high-quality. The food has been particularly good in helping make her stool more firm, which we have found to be the secret to avoid anal gland issues.

Great concept! My dog loves this food. We consistently had portions vary in size. One month was literally double her food before we realized they gave us the wrong portion size. Three months in a row we had inconsistent portions and for almost $80 a month for a 6lb dog we didn’t think it was worth so many issues.

I just canceled our subscription and it's a shame. Our dog really liked the food. We canceled because of inconsistencies with the weight of several food packs; basically not getting the amount of food we pay for. Each food pack is supposed to be 200 grams. We have to split the pack in half for each meal. I noticed that several food packs weighed less than 200 grams, some as low as 130 grams. I did outreach customer service several times, they were hard to get on the phone. I text twice and finally received a call back. The customer service rep apologized and explained they did have machines calibrated recently. I explained the issue and the customer service rep made up for it by giving us an extra week worth of food as well as an approximately $20 credit. After that call, we received two more monthly shipments that still had several food packs weighing less than 200 grams. I really wanted Nom Nom to work out since the food seemed to be more appealing than other fresh food brands out there, but we can't justify paying for this product when they cannot provide us the correct amount of food.

As of writing this review, I have zero complaints about Nom Nom. Their customer service is incredible, my pets love it, and the individual pouches are very convenient for busy pet parents who want to make sure their fur children are getting the best of the best. Highly recommend!

I love knowing I am giving my dog the best food to keep her healthy and happy! She gets so excited when she sees me get her food packet out. She absolutely loves it! I love knowing she is not getting food full of additives. The convenience to have shipped right to my door is perfect - no more running to the store to pick up more food

I must admit that I was unsure if these foods would help my dogs; one of which had chronic gastrointestinal problems that we could not resolve until she began eating Nom Nom. We had tried even a prescription diet and nothing helped. Since she started Nom Nom she has not had one episode! They both have lost some needed weight because of the proportioned meals and they are not bored with mealtime.
