Login smith helped me a great deal and was very friendly

I was having problems with my Nomad Internet Router for a couple of months and was unable to get in touch with anyone at Nomad Internet, either through their phone lines or the internet. I finally reached a customer service representative through the live chat. His name was Andrew James. I give Andrew James 5 stars because he was invaluable and spent a lot of time with me until he resolved all my problems and got my internet up and running. I’m so thankful I got connected with him; he’s outstanding!

I was having trouble activating my router, can’t never call to customer support so I’ve always have to live chat with someone to get my problem fixed. I’ve chatted with about 4 different people and was ready to just send everything back because I was just irritated from all the hours of wasted time I couldn’t get back until I got connected with Andrew James, I would give him 5 stars because he was very helpful and got my internet up and running.
