Finally got the service I have been looking for for over a month…
After trying for over a month to get help and service fixed I have decided to cancel my account with nomad. I have been trying for a week to get someone to help me cancel my account and have had no luck until today when you're representative, Harry Jackson help me get through the red tape and mess that I have been dealing with for over a month. He was very patient even though I was extremely frustrated and was able to get the account discontinued and my return label printed.
