Hi I would like to give a special thanks to Mike Wilson for helping me out with my nomad internet connection issues I was having, he was kind and helped me resolve my on going issue, my family thanks you

We are new to nomad- made the switch from homefi- We purchased online and had been 10 days in waiting for the device. So I decided to call. Bob Jackson was thorough and kind in his efforts to fix the problem. Can't rate the internet itself yet but so far customer service is great.

I have had some issues with getting connected since I purchased my modem. I have chatted & spoke to several representatives with no luck getting rid of the "Connected without Internet" message. Finally after many attempts, today is my first day connecting with no problem, thanks to Andrew! He was very helpful & gave me step by step instructions to get everything up & connected!

Sam Martin was a great help today. He was very pleasant and very helpful. I recommend him it's all customers.

It only took 5-10min Zack brown was awsome and he helped me a lot

Bob Jackson did great helping me get in touch with IT. Jack Brown with the IT quickly helped me get connected to the internet.

Zach Brown did a great job resolving my issue
