NomadReviews of nomadgoods.com

I ordered a Nomad Apple Find My wallet card. It never worked and I could never get anyone from Nomad to respond to my repeated emails to customer service. What a waste of money and so frustrating. I'll never buy anything from Nomad ever again!

Bought a poor quality screen protector and they didn't even bother to respond to the complaint. They only respond immediately when it is time to sell

Was charged $45 for express shipping. Its been 19 days still no goods. Customer care super slow to respond. I yet have to wait on the product and see the outcome.

Never received order…they charged 724.00 to my credit card and I have not heard ONE WORD since

It's always better to get a local sim card. Nomad are more expensive. I decided to use nomad as I was going between Japan and South Korea. It's always better to have a local sim card as you need a phone number in order to receive a lot of information. For example I can't access the gym or use taxis in South Korea without a Korean sim card. You can't make calls with this Esim, and it's always good to be able to either receive or make calls in case of emergency or even simple things like receiving information. I ordered at a restaurant and wasn't able to know when my order was ready as they text your mobile when the food is ready. Local sim have better prices and better connections. I won't use an Esim like nomad again.

Wish I'd checked here first rather than the website's own fake reviews! The cable stopped working after 5 days and when I tried it one last time it broke apart leaving part of the plug stuck in my phone's charging socket.
