I signed up for the email newsletter with a promise of a 10% discount ! Never got it! Reached out to the “ CS” but they are completely clueless and unprofessional! They did not want to help at all! Company may sell a good product but without a good CS , it becomes irrelevant!

I bought the silver Titanium band which was a good product whilst being a bit pricey. I then bought a black titanium band which was not a good product as it was scratching easily and I had simultaneously bought a rocky point band which had a very poor fitting. When I requested from the company to replace the Rocky point band they refused and asked me to film myself attaching the band to my Apple Watch Ultra to verify I knew how to do it. Absurd!

Leather keychain for AirTag. Just outside of warranty it falls to bits. Leather appears to be glued together and the AirTag drops out. Wouldn’t buy again.

Beware of ordering from their website. Returns are on you - you can ship somewhere to china. FedEx their partner of choice charges 200 usd. Honestly this is borderline criminal in my view. Just don’t order from them

Their leather phone cases are not durable whatsoever. Walking from my driveway to the front door in the rain (about 15 seconds) caused the case to bubble. They will not cover this under warranty. If this is any indication of the other products they claim are top quality, don’t buy.

Product informatie op de site klopt niet. Stand one besteld, maar die werkt alleen met Iphone, terwijl op de site letterlijk staat: Works with any MagSafe-enabled device. Maar dus niet met Samsung S25 ultra + Magsafe hoesje. Mag hem niet terug sturen omdat hij gebruikt is en niet defect is.

I purchased a dress (spirit dress) in red. It was too big and I returned the item. Despite numerous emails I have never received my refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY.
