Do not order if outside the US - return costs are responsibility of the buyer and must be returned to Hong Kong which is prohibitively expensive within the return timeframe. iPhone 17 leather case is unusable because of false positives on the capacitive camera button

What an absolute mess. I ordered the new Stratos bands and what should have been a premium experience turned into a frustrating, expensive nightmare from start to finish. The product didn’t work out, and assembling it was far more complicated than it had any right to be. What’s even more disappointing is your return process for international customers. After paying $259 CAD for a strap that ultimately didn’t work, I was then forced to pay nearly another $175 CAD out of pocket just to ship it back to Hong Kong. That’s not premium service. That’s punishing customers for taking a chance on your brand. I work in retail selling Apple Watches every day, and based on this experience, I’ll be making sure customers know exactly what to expect before spending their money here. Do better.

Got a defective item, tried to request warranty claim. Sludge process, wont waste my time

Quality of the iwatch strap not good. The short arm slips too much movement when it should lock in. The quality of the band is flimsy and feels cheap. Also it seems shorter than my apple band. More yellow than neon green/yellow. Finally they make you pay for returns and print labels no QR code sending all the way to Hong Kong!

I bought a leather card wallet, which has a very meh.. quality, and decided to return it. However, they asked me to return the item to Hong Kong and pay for the return shipping - the return postage cost is essentially more than half the item price, which makes it not worth to return it. Beware that if you purchase this item, there's essentially no returns, as they'll ask you to bear the costs of returning it to the other side of the planet.

Poor quality and misleading advertising. Unable to leave a review on product website ! Spent £68 on a new iPhone17 ProMax case and screen protector iPhone 17 Modern Case ProMAx 2025 was advertised as fingerprint resistant - it's the MOST fingerprint attractive case I've ever owned - don't buy it ! Very misleading advertising. Glass Screen protector - followed application instructions exactly and was left with multiple bubbles under the glass. Tried every which way to remove them and they won't go. Looks awful, had to remove and throw away. Return fee's are not covered by Nomad so would loose a lot if I tried to return back to Japan. I've purchased lots of NOMAD products in the past and they have been good quality. These are really disappointing, and will be the last purchase I make here. £68 in the bin :(

I ordered an iphone 17 case, screen protector, ipods case and watch strap. 1. After several days no processing updates - turns out because the airpods case not available until mid November they decided not to process the entire order. 2. I requested a cancellation but this was refused because the order was processing. But a week later my order was still not processed. Complete lie that my order could not be cancelled. 3. a screen protector and a watch strap arrived but the iphone 17 case still not processed. 4. the help desk says the iphone 17 case was out of stock. But at no time has it shown out of stock on the website. 5. They said the case was in stock and order processing two days ago. But 48 hrs later its not! 6. I emailed heldesk to ask where my case was and when it would be deliverd but no reply! 7. I think they have gone back to holding the iphone 17 case until the airpods case is available in mod november. 8. Bottom line I have had my iphone 17 for a week but due to no case have not been able to set it up and recycle the old phone. 9. Unlike all other case manufacturers this company is not next day delivery and does not have delivery steps updated againt the order number so you have no idea what has happened to your order. 10. I just want my iphone 17 case. But would advise others to avoid this company. 11. I will dispute with my credit card company if nothing heard by tonight - thats two weeks after ordering the iphone 17 case and still no news on when the order is shipping.
