NomadReviews of nomadgoods.com

Received a watch band but a piece was missing and they express shipped another out right away. Couldn't ask for a better support experience.

It is a wonderful company to do business with. I bought a phone case plus strap. The product quality is superb and customer service was excellent.

Nomad goods is the best company, their products are as solid as they come. I’ve got the rugged case which is durable and also sleek, good job! And the rocky point band on my watch is the most secure feeling band I’ve ever had, ready to it through its paces as the winter surf season approaches!

Quick response to my issue and great follow-up! Highly recommend this company!

This company really stepped up to the plate when I had an issue with my watch band.

I changed my mind right after the purchase, and they processed the refund quickly.

Nomad has one of the most consumer friendly return policies I've ever experienced. I returned a case after the dye transferred to a MagSafe charging stand. It was hassle free. I was provided with a QR code to return it to a local Staples and received a refund shortly thereafter. They even offered to apply it along with an additional $10 to another product, but the one I wanted was out of stock. The whole process was easy to implement and their CS reponded quickly, always a real intelligent person and no bots.

Love this company and their products. Customer Service is top notch. Professional, prompt and knowledgeable.
