Fantastic after-sales support
I recently purchased a Stratos 49mm band, and described some issues I encountered to NOMAD via the review system. The very next day Dan from NOMAD reached out and immediately shipped a warranty replacement. The replacement shipped a week earlier than indicated by NOMAD as well. It arrived today (Nov 26), and it is perfect. The fitment issues I had are resolved, no wear marks or blemishes. Really great experience.

Nomad is just amazing
Was not expecting anything. My screen protector cracked while in a mundane situation and I just thought it was just bad luck or I just had a defective product. Nomad just decided to send me a new one. I’m grateful for the replacement and I hold Nomad to the highest esteem, regardless if my screen protector cracked under normal usage. They are great, products and services, I can’t imagine a better shopping experience over the many years I’ve dealt with them. So if you hesitate purchasing from Nomad, don’t, you will not be disappointed. Cheers.

Amazing titanium band for my Apple…
Amazing titanium band for my Apple watch. Had an issue with one prior to this one and this was handled perfectly by Nomad! Can definitely recommend! It's an expensive band. But definitely worth the price when you see the craftsmanship and fit on this product.

Nomad’s customer service is way above average
I have used Nomad products for more than five years. The quality is excellent and the customer service matches it. Their products live up to the hype for sure. And if anything is better than that, it’s the personal follow-up that’s even better.

Recommended with no ifs nor buts
Nomad makes great products with a classy/ sporty original designs, good quality and durability - but even more importantly, they also have a good support which for one is personal and not AI driven, for the other is focussed on resolving issues to the customers satisfaction; which unfortunately is not granted anymore today with many other companies.
