My initial purchase of a watch band was somewhat disappointing due to a defect in the mechanism that secured the bad to the watch, and some minor scratches on the hardware. However, upon submitting a review with a description of the less than satisfactory experience, Nomad responded immediately and replaced the item free of charge. This made the experience ultimately a very positive experience, and the product is also very nice.

I have been buying products from Nomad since 2020, and I've stuck with the brand cause I love their products. It's always high quality, good craftsmanship, and good materials. I contacted the Nomad support team once about a defective product, and they are genuinely very understanding and on the customer's side. They provided a very good solution that even most bigger brands will not do. The only downside is that their products are a little pricey, but with the quality of products and customer service that you get, it is worth it in my opinion. Would definitely recommend this brand to anyone who wants high quality tech-based products.

My Stratos Band didn't come with any additional links only 2 "half links". I reached out to support and they informed me they did not have any but would ship me some when they had them back in stock. Sure enough, a few days later I received an email update from support that they shipped and finally arrived today. Not only did they do the right thing but I didn't have to nag, harass or follow-up - they just did it! I wish every company worked this way!

I ordered a leather case for AirPods Pro 3 from Nomad and overall had a great experience. The leather quality is excellent and delivery was fast and well-packaged. I did run into a small issue — the top of the case came off after my AirPods case was dropped. I reached out to Nomad's support team, sent them a short video showing the problem, and without any hassle they sent me a warranty replacement piece completely free of charge. No questions asked. That kind of customer service is rare and truly impressive. Amazing products backed by amazing support. Highly recommended!
