First, I messed up my order by not following the directions to get a free gift with my order. Marie took care of that kindly and promptly. Then because my travel plans changed I had to request that the package be re-routed. Again, this was handled in a kind, courteous, and professional manner. A fine way of doing business. All products feel premium as well as their customer service.

Their products are incredible, you might already know that, but if you do need to interact with their customer service, it's just as good. This is the kind of ethos Apple Retail used to have — a customer experience as good as their products, and I think Nomad achieves it. Heartily recommend.
