Their latest iPhone 14 Pro Max Modern Leather case fits really poorly. Not something you'd expect from a $50 case. I contacted support the day I received it about how poorly it fits. It's been 5 days with no response. Nomad Goods has lost my business. Also impossible to find a place to review on their website. At this point, I believe their reviews are fake.

Bought 2 phone cases from them. Both of them are defective. They are still under the warranty but I’ve reached out to them through email 3 times already and have heard nothing back. They don’t a phone number to call. Terrible experience so far!

Nomad not only took forever to ship something that was supposed to be "expedited shipping" by cancelling shipments but the item was of poor quality and defective on arrival. There seems to be issues of QC and tolerances which is unacceptable for such expensive items. Support team takes forever to reply if they reply at all. Don't do business with them!

I bought an item, paid express shipping - Got the confirmation email from Fedex and when I tracked it, it was shown as canceled by shipper. There is no customer service phone number, the chat is ALWAYS closed. I reached out to Nomad via email 3 times, no answer. No refund on 2 day shipping costs, no replacement sent, no communication of any kind to tell me what happened. I had to file a formal complaint. EDIT: I had to go to social media just to get someone to reach out to me. I received a refund for the 2 day shipping I paid for and a new shipping confirmation but no explanation as to what happened.

I ordered a wallet which was not delivered to my address and they have not reimbursed me after repeated requests.

Ordered a base one from this company and it sucked. Supposed to work with any QI device but it would not charge a watch ultra or iPhone 11 and 14 with protective cases. Just absolutely ridiculous. They received my return on the 9th. 5 business days to process a return. It took multiple emails and finally a threat to dispute with PayPal to get my refund. I was finally refunded 12/22 @ 11:54 PM which is an odd time. This was their response: I apologize for the delay! Returned items usually take a few extra days to be unpackaged and tested before they are fully processed. Lol. A few extra days. It’s the 23rd. I am guessing they hope I forgot.

This is a website with hundreds of full star reviews, but does not provide an option to leave a review. Over here on trustpilot, there is nothing but one stars and bad reviews. Big red flags. I usually do my homework, but every once in a while, I get scammed, especially around Black Friday and holiday shopping, when there is lot of shopping so I blame myself for this one. But anyway, here´s my experience. The 'one size fits most' strap is very small, so it will fit most children I guess but not adults. The leather strap is very hard and stiff, uncomfortable and won't fit around your wrist properly so it creates a gap between your wrist and the apple watch sensor. Also, after only one day of use, the leather looked really worn and broken. I put the silicone strap back on. I do not recommend Nomad's products, it does not look nice in person, nothing like the photos on the website. It looks and feels cheap, and probably is, with a ridiculous price tag.
