This is a great company
This is a great company! Their product is terrific and it certainly lives up to all the accolades that you read in the comments. Easy to use easy to clean durable. Protects my cushions. Color selection is good! Whenever someone I know sees them , they end up ordering a set! And their customer service is the best. They reply quickly and are very pleasant!

Good quality items, as described
I relied on reviews on this site to assure me on whether I should purchase this product so I decided to write a review. The items were as described, customer experience was great. They were shipped in separate packages which was a bit confusing but I e-mailed their customer services and they provided me with the individual tracking information. They were also kind a professional. Just a side bonus. I still wasn't sure how I felt until everything arrived (a few days apart) but it all did. Everything fits really well and is keeping my sofa safe from my dog and my clumsy skills. I will actually be ordering more so I can have one set on the chesterfield and one in the wash.

Excellent customer service support
Very quick customer service support! I needed a size different than what I could find, and I got an immediate response providing me options. Then, she helped me figure out how to mix two different options so they would fit together. This was very helpful!
