10 out of 10! Not only is the final product high-quality and soft, but the customer service was outstanding! I ordered the wheat pattern originally in the cream color and when it clashed with my couch, I emailed the company who stopped at nothing to make sure I was happy. They processed the return and placed my new order with the light grey color immediately! I returned the first set of covers Wednesday and Saturday morning, my new ones arrived and look beautiful!
