Customer service was a delight to deal with when I had an issue (my fault) with my order and so far I love the feel and quality of the covers I purchased.

I ordered a set of couch cushion covers after first ordering a couple of samples. The color of the ones I ordered did not look right, and the service team was beyond helpful in executing my exchange. The covers look really nice and with two large dogs, they will help keep my off-white sofa clean!

In all my many years as a consumer, NEVER have I experienced such responsive, effective coustomer service as I did with Nolan Interior. Rest assured that they will make your order right!

Customer service was above and beyond. I had a question regarding my concern about chemical treatments and was quickly answered that Nolan Interiors doesn't use any chemical fabric protectants on their products. I love that they are machine washable and so comfortable!

Great customer service

I bought some covers unfortunately they weren’t the right match to my couches ( my fault) I contacted Nolan and they were straight on to it. They asked me send photos so they could help colour match better. While I waited for my new covers to come they kept in touch. My new covers came and they are beautiful and soft and a great match . I would 💯 recommend this company and I will be using them again soon
