When you informed us about the holes in the covers, our team requested photos so we could properly assess the issue, and once the photos were received, it was explained that the damage appeared to be caused by sharp pet nails. Please understand that while our sofa covers are designed to be pet-friendly and durable, no fabric is completely resistant to sharp objects such as pet claws or nails. We have many customers with both small and large dogs who have used the covers for over a year without issues, depending on their pets’ behavior and activity level. Even though the damage was determined to be caused during personal use and falls outside our standard return or replacement policy, our team still offered you a complimentary replacement as a goodwill gesture. However, we did not receive a response regarding the replacement offer. A follow-up email was then sent because our team genuinely wanted to help resolve the situation for you. Unfortunately, your later response focused only on the follow-up emails, and we did not receive any reply regarding the replacement solution that had been offered. We understand your frustration, but we do feel that our team made sincere efforts to assist you and provide a solution beyond our normal policy.

We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy, but we do need to clarify several important points regarding your order. First, your order was shipped on February 22, 2026, and delivered on March 3, 2026, which is 7 business days in transit (excluding weekends) 📦. This is well within a normal international delivery timeframe and not “weeks” as stated. Second, we are a US-based company, and we are fully transparent about this. Our website clearly lists our business details and location. We do not present ourselves as a UK company, and we’re not sure where that impression came from. This is something that could have been easily verified prior to placing your order. Regarding the product itself, we also want to clarify: We do not offer a color called “light grey.” You specifically ordered charcoal grey in our Classic collection, which does include a visible pattern. The pattern is clearly shown in the product photos on the website. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding, possibly with our Miracle collection, which offers a different (non-patterned) style—but that is not the item that was purchased in your order. Lastly, we did not receive any prior message from you regarding concerns about the color or design. We’re always happy to help and clarify before or after purchase, but we need customers to reach out so we can assist. We always aim to be as transparent and accurate as possible, and in this case, the item delivered matches exactly what was ordered.

Regarding the payment, the charge you are seeing is not a second charge made by us. It appears there may have been a misunderstanding with the total order amount. The amount reflected in your PayPal account includes the full order total, including tax, which is clearly indicated in the order confirmation you received at the time of purchase. Please note that we do not have the ability to charge a PayPal account twice without a separate order being placed. You will only be charged through PayPal when an order is successfully placed. We do want to clarify that wear and tear is highly dependent on how the covers are used and the environment they’re exposed to. The warranty covers issues that are present upon arrival or noticed immediately during first use. Once the product has been used for several weeks and exposed to daily activity, any damage at that point is considered normal wear from usage rather than a manufacturing defect. We have many customers who use the same sofa mats daily with pets and family members and have not experienced issues, but usage can vary greatly from home to home. Factors like pet nails, sharp objects, friction, and how the mats are handled can all impact their longevity. We understand your frustration, and we appreciate your feedback. Hi Amanda, Thank you for your review. We want to clarify the situation accurately for transparency. Our team carefully reviewed each issue you reported, including photos. All three instances of damage were small punctures/snags, which are consistent with pet claws or contact with a sharp object rather than any manufacturing defect. While our covers are durable and pet-friendly, no fabric cover on the market is fully scratch-proof or puncture-proof. Damage caused by pets, sharp nails, pressure, or snagging cannot be classified as “defective” under any fabric-based product warranty. Despite this, we still processed: ✔️ Two courtesy replacements ✔️A full refund for the damaged chaise cover, even though replacement items are normally non-refundable You later requested a 50% refund for the rest of the used, undamaged pieces, but those items showed no defects and were in good, usable condition. To remain fair and consistent with all customers, we cannot issue refunds or partial refunds for items that are not defective. We stand behind the durability of our products, but we must be clear: Pet-caused punctures, snags, excessive pressure, or exposure to sharp nails/objects fall under user-related damage, not product failure.
