Sent email with specific questions. AI response was very useful. Surprised a rep responded as well with even more specific answers to my questions and made recommendations based on my needs so I ordered 3 more covers for the remaining cushions and we'll see which hold up better to use across the whole sactional.

Best customer service
Best customer service. I ordered the wrong size and I didn’t like the color I chose. In one week I had a way better color and they fit!!

I e been ordering this product for a number of years and the quality is excellent and looks great in my home! I’ve had one issue that was resolved immediately ….excellent customer service. I recommend this product to all my dog owner friends.
