We went to exchange return the product they told me that it could not be returned and if I wanted it back I would have to pay the shipping to have it back otherwise they would throw it away. Very unimpressed with the product And Customer service very very disappointing

As clearly stated in our returns policy on our website if you purchase an item and open that packaging, the item cannot be returned because it has come in contact with your skin and or saliva / bodily fluids. This is unsanitary and dangerous. We also have a step by step protocol for returns which states you would need to call or email for return approval which you did not do. Therefore, you would have to pay for us to ship you back a product we did not approve for a return.
