I had a problem with my order and I had to leave multiple messages for 5+ days to get a response from the company. Reaching a live person was not a problem, however trying to reach someone to correct my order and send the right product was ridiculous. I was told they’d send out the correct product but not expedite shipping even though I’d previously paid $5.99 for shipping and due to their mistake still did not have the correct nebulizer mask (Spotz the dog) over a week later. 4 days later my “corrected” order showed up and once again they did not send the correct product. Instead of a Dalmatian mask I received a fish & a pink dragon for my son. Highly disappointed and annoyed that after 2 weeks of waiting I still did not have the correct product. My order clearly said 1 spikez nebulizer kit 1 spotz mask

I ordered a "refurbished" oxygen concentrator from these guys and what I received was a really old unit that sounded like a diesel truck running in the house. When I first turned it on my wife literally thought there was a truck that pulled into the driveway. I looked closely at the unit and it had over 32,000 of use on it. That's over 7 years old at 12 hours per day. I sent it back without using it in the original packaging which cost me just under $100 and then they charged me 20% which was another $100 as a restocking fee. I called them and explained the reason for my return but it did no good. They got testy and basically paid no attention to my claim. Refurbished to me implied that the unit was relatively new but had a warranty issue that needed repairs. I wasn't expecting an old piece of equipment that was in poor condition but still ran. I wouldn't buy anything from these people. I actually did contact the company, twice. I explained the situation and was offered nothing except for a defensive attitude. No help with shipping and no waiving of the restocking fee. And I disagree with the hours on the unit. Either way it was old and ridiculously loud. I'm done here.

The correct way (as we specify on our site under our Policy page) to remedy any issue is to contact us first so we may help you resolve your concerns you may have with your order or product. You did not contact us prior to shipping back your unit, we would have emailed you prepaid label and would have gladly exchanged the unit. The unit you purchased had a little over 15,000 not 32,000, even if it had the 32k hours the unit was refurbed and carried a warranty which we honor. If your ultimate desire is to senselessly rant over something that could have been avoided-simply by following our policy that is your choice, all we ask is that you speak the truth when posting reviews.

I had purchased a new CPAP mask with the "satisfaction guarantee" in mind only to find out that you can only return or exchange if product is unopened. How will a person know if the product will work if the package is unopened.

As clearly stated in our returns policy on our website if you purchase an item and open that packaging, the item cannot be returned because it has come in contact with your skin and or saliva / bodily fluids. This is unsanitary and dangerous. We assume that our customers know what they are going to purchase before purchasing and if not will call for assistance. The mask is a bio hazard after coming in contact with your body and therefore, has to be disposed of after being opened.

Very sloppy service and acidic attude. I told them to contact me by émail. It’s true I kept the machine a bit long for various personal reasons, but when I called to pay up and return the machine I was patronized and treated like a criminal. There is no excuse for treatment like that of somebody who wants to return an item and pay. I almost refused to settle up because of this but I went forward to get this headache out of my hands . I feel ripped off and the cpap ( apap) they have me was a piece of garbage and stopped working. Plus the mask they sold me, supposedly “ universal”, doesn’t work on my new apap. The representative basically called me a liar when I said it didn’t work on my new machine and again was patronizing. Disgusting company. My next call will be to the Better. Business Bureau.

Not at all rude.... My problem was that I placed an order, they pulled the money out of bank account before informing me they were unable to send their product without additional information !! I would prefer to be notified of any information needed before having me assume my product was on its way. In past experiences product is shipped when money is taken !
