I bought an oxygen concentrator through…
I bought an oxygen concentrator through No Insurance Medical. Still haven't received it even though I "purchased" it 16 days ago. I had to contact them to find out what was going on with the delivery of my "purchase"; I was told that the manufacturer of the unit hadn't delivered it to them yet, however they had already billed me and debited my account for a unit they didn't even have in their possesion. They didn't feel like it was important to contact me that they had pretty much no idea when I would receive the unit I had already "purchased". No communication after I emailed thembon when I might receive my "purchase", so I called them. After being put on hold for a couple of minutes I was told they were waiting to get the unit that I had "purchased" from them. Yet, in the mean time, I have received two emails asking me to rate my "purchase". In a word, Blargh

Not impressed by their shipping speed or method
Not impressed by their shipping speed or service choice. My mask was sent inside a soft plastic envelope with ABSOLUTELY NO PROTECTION AGAINST CRUSHING IN TRANSIT. Never again.

My order was for nebulizer the picture show a picture for two nebulizer set so I order a set of two for me that should give me four to use I only got TWO. I will not buy for this sigh again!

They sent me the wrong colored item and…
They sent me the wrong colored item and then refused to allow me to return it. No response when I challenged their error. Would not purchase anything from this company again.

Never received item that I ordered
Never received item that I ordered. I called the company and they offered no resolution to the problem. Not very nice about it either.

We are sorry that you had an issue with your orders delivery. However, when you called into our office we did advise you that your orders tracking states that your order was delivered 2 weeks ago and therefore you would have to make a claim with your local post office. Once an order is marked delivered an issue has to be addresses with the shipping company.

I made a mistake in typing in my email…
I made a mistake in typing in my email so I didn’t get an email back acknowledging my order so I didn’t think it went through. I sent another order and received two orders. When I called and asked about how to return one I was told I couldn’t because it was my mistake. Wow.

Sir, You were advise that you could return your second order but that their would be a restocking fee as stated on our website. We fulfilled your order correctly therefore the fee is incurred.
