Your price was right for the parts I bought from you. What I don’t like and it’s not on you and I can the vent problem is that there are tons of people out here that can’t afford the exorbitant prices that Inogen wants to charge for their equipment. Of course it is medical equipment and when ever it is medical, prescriptions or what ever the price is high and when you are on fixed incomes it’s hard to come up with money. Thanks for listening to rant and rave but I got it off my chest.

Love the mask, I just wish I had ordered a medium instead of small. Since my insurance won't cover my bipap supplies I realy appreciate the lower prices. Only took 4 days to fulfill my order but took USPS two weeks to deliver it. 4 out 5 stars because I couldn't get an answer back from you when I was checking on my order.

Received the goods in good condition The company made a mess of the address but the place where it was delivered to managed to track me down and inform me that the parcel was waiting for me there.

Great Execution and Support Rusty was very helpful and quick in getting my order set up. The product went out on time. However, Fed Ex messed up the delivery, and although I had paid extra to guarantee a Monday delivery, they did not deliver. I had to leave on a plane. You customer service staff were excellent in tracking down the package and getting it re-routed. I will continue to use and to refer No-Insurance in the future.

They were great in helping me with the bi-pap mask. My only word of advise is to ck the product for accuracy before you leave. They were very helpful, but I got home, and had to return for the correct mask. They were very apologetic and accommodating. It was just a pain. I will continue to purchase products from them. I also will always ck the product in the bag before I leave:)
