My order will not arrive as needed. I made an order, and found out they sent my order to my home address in which USPS will not deliver., In discussion with company I suggested If I knew how (USPS // UPS/ ) they was going to ship, I could provide an address that would work. My bank only recognize my PO BOX. USPS only delivers to my PO BOX and NOT deliver to my physical address. UPS and others to do NOT delivery to my PO Box, and will delivery only to my Physical address. The company advised that they decide on delivery method AFTER order reaches shipping department. My recent order was returned by USPS. Company has both of my address. I guess I will not be ordering anymore.

Sent wrong items

I tried to submit an order and got an error, so I tried again. Both orders processed so I contacted the company to cancel one. They acted very shady about how they couldn’t find an order with my name on it, even though I provided the order number and could see the charge on my credit card. They also took an extremely long time to respond to my questions.

My order was to be delivered in 1 - 4 business days. On the 5th day I had a chat with a "Customer Service" rep who said the item was on back order. If an item is not in stock, that should be shared with the customer before an order is accepted.....or at least communicated to the customer when it could not be shipped when promised. This was not done and the rep did not seemed concerned that it would ship late. Seemed like "not in stock" was a good enough reason to ship an item late.

After FINALLY receiving my new chin strap in the mail it's just not enough to stay on all night. The product wraps around your chin and uses velcro to secure to the top of your head. I can imagine this thing falling off all night and slipping off which would keep me awake. It would be a great product if there was also a way to secure it not only on the top of your head but also the back. My bad for making the purchase. I saw the picture and probably should have known better.
